RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Our Commitment to You

At Eager Style, we specialize in crafting exquisite bridal and formal wear that is made-to-order specifically for you. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our craft.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

As our products are custom-made to order, we accept returns only under the following two conditions:

Condition 1: Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is:
  • Physically damaged during shipping
  • Has manufacturing defects
  • Missing critical components (e.g., dupatta, embellishments as described)
Action Required: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.

Condition 2: Incorrect Product Received

If the delivered product does not match your order in terms of:
  • Wrong dress/design sent
  • Incorrect color (significantly different from what was ordered)
  • Wrong size (not as per your provided measurements)
Action Required: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7-DAY CHECKING WARRANTY

We provide a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, you must:
  • Thoroughly inspect your order
  • Try the garment (without removing tags or altering)
  • Report any issues immediately
Important: Returns will NOT be accepted after the 7-day warranty period expires.

NON-RETURNABLE SCENARIOS

Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or refunds for the following:
Reason Explanation
Change of mind As each piece is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your preference
Size issues due to incorrect measurements Please follow our size guide carefully; alterations are available at additional cost
Minor color variations Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography
Custom design modifications Once approved and production begins, design changes cannot be accommodated
Delay in reporting Issues reported after 7 days of delivery
Worn/altered/used products Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or tag removal
Sale or discounted items All sale purchases are final

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If your return meets our eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Email us at eager.styles@gmail.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue (damage/wrong product)
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Date of delivery

Step 2: Wait for Evaluation

Our quality team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with:
  • Approval or rejection of return
  • Return shipping instructions (if approved)

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Drop off at the designated courier location
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Within 3-5 business days Quality inspection completed
If approved Full refund initiated to original payment method
5-10 business days Refund reflected in your account (depending on bank/payment provider)
Refund Method: Original payment method only
Partial Refunds: Not applicable; only full refunds for eligible returns

EXCHANGE POLICY

As each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges. Instead:
  • Return the eligible item as per our policy
  • Place a new order for your desired item
  • This ensures faster processing and accurate fulfillment

ALTERATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

For non-returnable size issues, we offer:
  • Paid alteration services at our studio
  • Minor adjustments (length, fitting) starting from PKR 2,500
  • Major alterations subject to evaluation
